1. This is the forming machine for production which is made for the optimization of the big production forming machine.
2. Advantages in changing the die
- You can enter the quantity of circumferential pocket on the touch screen without the timing gear.
- When the die is to be changed, the operator can easily and accurately make the die alignment on his own while looking at the micro handle in front of it. (Patented by Yuil).
- The volume of drug can be entered on the touch screen.
- You can accurately arrange the charging time of the drug while looking at the time of charging.
- The time for charging may be changed while production. (Numerical control).
- The volume of ribbon oil can be entered on the touch screen.
- The inside of ribbon oil is separated from outside for supply.
- The snap die makes the lamination thicks (Patented by Yuil).
